- 03:26:12: 1.25 miles with WATP, 100 stomach crunches, 100 reverse crunches, 100 butt lifts, 25 heel drops, 25 leg lifts, 25 back leg lifts, etc.
- 04:03:24: @wolfwynd I was trying to do 2 miles with WATP, but I was literally falling over. but I did it with 3 pound weights on my ankles, so bonus.
- 04:15:25: @wolfwynd I nearly DIED from the exertion.
- 05:36:40: wasabi peas are HOT. I loves them.
- 05:41:52: wasabi just burned my nose... whew.
