So, you all know I think seanan_mcguire is amazing by now, yes?

Well, she's written a song called "Wicked Girls Saving Ourselves", and the damn thing makes me cry every time I hear it, and you all know me. If something really draws me in, I get fixated.

I've been singing the song for three days now (crying) and on Saturday, I started making icons.

But first, you have to hear it.



And now, the icons:



I know they're not perfect, but hopefully people will want one or two of them. And there's more coming (when I'm up on the computer with photoshop on it)

It is not on any of her albums yet, no, but it is available here.

As for the albums, I only have one (the horror!), which is Pretty Little Dead Girl. It's amazing. I'm often found dancing around the house singing the songs and annoying my wife. :D

All of her albums are available at CD Baby (I think. Red Roses and Dead Things doesn't have a link to CD Baby, but I'm pretty sure Seanan said she was going to put it up over there) The page for her albums on her website is here if you haven't stumbled across it.

I have never been less than completely impressed with Seanan's songs. (I so need to go buy the other two albums!)

Red Roses and Dead Things is going to CDBaby this weekend; it's available through my site until then. :)

"Wicked Girls Saving Ourselves" will definitely be on the next album, Wicked Girls.

I KIND of did one last night, but I'm planning more of dear Susan, because I love her.

For now, this is the closest I have, and she may not fit what you were thinking. (I'm really bad at being like "here are my icons, hope you like them" and leaving it at that.)

I was google searching Seanan and came across this entry. Thank you so much! The lyrics for Wicked Girls sent chills up my spine and I was so happy to find a video!
